Cosy Modern Apartment in Ibrag

3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms | Semi-furnished

Ibrag is a relatively new village that borders Swieqi and Madliena and is one of the most sought after locations in Malta. Found just around the corner from the immensely popular St Julian’s, it retains the peace and tranquillity that characterises Maltese villages.

This first floor home has clearly been kept in wonderful condition. Upon entering, there is an open-plan dining/sitting room area with a balcony that overlooks the street.

The separate kitchen area has modern, white storage units which contrast nicely with the grey cupboards.

The main bedroom is in the middle of the apartment and decorated in a neutral style whilst the second bedroom has bunk beds.

This home measures 96.4 square metres overall and new owners also have the option of purchasing a one-car basement garage if they wish.

Swieqi is a residential area on the outskirts of Malta's nightlife and entertainment centres, Paceville and St Julian's. It is perched above the coast on the eastern stretch of the Victoria Lines, the British fortifications built in 1878 on the Great Fault running across Malta. The Swieqi area includes several other communities - Madliena, St Andrews and Ta' l-Ibraġ.

Swieqi is home to one of the largest supermarkets on the island, Greens, which people travel to visit from across the island.

Interest in Swieqi as a lovely place to live, as well as an alternative to bustling St Julians, has grown, and property prices have risen correspondingly.
