Terraced House with Eight Car Garage
Recently reduced in price from €674,623 to €621,240 and located in one of the most desirable areas in Tarxien, this elevated house is built on a plot of 6x25 metres and overlays an interconnected, street-level garage for up to eight cars.
A solar water heater supplies the hot water to the home and there are five air conditioners in total to cool the property down in the summer months.
This home has been impeccably kept and, upon entering, there is a formal living area and a sitting room next to each other.
Moving further down the wide entrance hall, you can find a fully functional fireplace, capable of warming the whole house.
The small internal yard allows natural light to filter through the property.
A beautiful solid kitchen with a dining table that seats six people can be found at the back of the home. There's also a large door that gives access to the backyard.
The backyard could make a wonderful dining/breakfast area, especially on the long, warm days where the door can just be left open.
The stairs are covered in beautiful black granite and offer a pleasing contrast to the walls.
Moving up a level, the spacious main bedroom has an en-suite shower and balcony.
A large laundry room is located at the back of the home with its own drying terrace.
At the very top of the property, this room currently lies empty but new owners could perhaps use it as a reading room, an office space or maybe transform it into a kitchenette.
The private roof is incredibly spacious with town views. It could easily be turned into a beautiful roof garden with many plants or utilised as a place to host and entertain.

Tarxien, located southeast of Valletta, is known mostly for the Tarxien Temples, a prehistoric temple complex dating back to the Copper Age and one of Malta’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The oldest part of the Tarxien Temples might have been built around 3600 BCE, making it one of the world’s oldest freestanding structures.
The town itself was important in later centuries, particularly in Roman times, but it remained more or less a backwater over the millennia. Like nearby Paola, the town began to develop in the early 20th century with the growth of the dockyards. Locals are known as 'Tarxinizi'.
