Second Floor, Double-Fronted Apartment with Large Balcony

2 Bedrooms | 1 Bathroom | Semi-finished

Mosta is a popular town in the middle of Malta and easily navigated by bicycle due to it being very flat. The famous Rotunda, which is now a basilica, has a dome that is claimed to be the third-largest unsupported dome in the world and a Second World War shelter next to it.

This second-floor apartment is in a block of only four and is located in a quiet street just off one of Mosta's main arteries. There's public transport, shops, a shopping complex and a football ground all within walking distance.

Upon entering this home, there is a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining room that measures approximately 35 square metres.

The space is brightly lit thanks to a large aperture that leads onto a 9-metre long balcony overlooking the front of the block.

You can find a bedroom on each side of this common area measuring 16 and 14 square metres respectively, and the main bathroom is just behind one of the bedrooms.

Both bedrooms are connected to the front balcony.

This property is in a good location and is being sold semi-finished with bathrooms and internal doors to be chosen by the future owners.

The proposed completion date for this apartment will be October 2021.

Mosta lies at the heart of Malta, along the Great Fault that runs east-west across the Island. It is a busy market town and a popular shopping area, with a plethora of cafes and restaurants. At its centre is a magnificent domed church, said to be the third-largest unsupported church dome in Europe. In World War II, the Church took a direct hit from a German bomb during mass. The bomb pierced the dome but failed to explode. This event is now regarded as a miraculous intervention.

An important town that links villages like Mgarr, Mellieha, St Paul's Bay, Qawra and Bugibba to the central area, Mosta is the commercial hub of the north of the island. A large range of property types can be found with price brackets starting from medium range upwards.
