DESCRIPTION

In popular St Julian's, space is at a premium and large apartments like this one are increasingly hard to find.

This home forms part of a block in a quiet area and is being sold fully furnished.

Upon entering the sizable hall, you will find the sitting room to the right-hand side.

The living room space has two apertures which allow lots of natural light inside from the front end of the apartment.

To the left of the front door, where the living area is on the plan, you can find two single bedrooms formed by gypsum partitioning.

Along the corridor, there is a shower room, the main bathroom, the main bedroom and the second double bedroom.

At the end of the corridor, you will find the kitchen/dining room, which has a balcony that overlooks St. Julian's.

A small storage space is accessed from the hall.

While this property can be utilised as a family home, it could also make a great rental investment.

ABOUT ST JULIAN'S

St Julian's is a major residential and tourist centre and is home to some of Malta's newest hotels. It is now an extension of Sliema, although it started life as a small fishing port based on Spinola and Balluta Bays. At the north end, St Julian's merges with Paceville, Malta's main nightlife centre where there are clubs, casinos and numerous restaurants, cafés and bars. Picturesque Spinola Bay is still used by fishermen, whose traditional boats are housed just below the restaurants. The bay is particularly attractive at night and as a venue for open-air dining.

St Julian’s is also considered the water polo capital of Malta. Numerous schools are based in this town, including the Sacred Heart Foundations (Primary and Senior School for girls) and EF Language schools.

At the base of Paceville, one of Malta’s rare sandy beaches can be found.

The St Julian’s feast, held annually, includes a unique sporting competition known as ‘ġostra’. The game is played as part of only a select few local festas across Malta, and St Julian’s is one of them. The traditional game involves participants clambering as far as possible along a sloping greased pole that is suspended above the sea in order to get to one of three flags dangled from the edge, each representing a certain prize.

Homes in this popular location are frequently priced higher than many other towns in Malta.
