This 115 square metre apartment would make a great family home. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Marsalforn's promenade and yet only 200 metres from the sea.
Marsalforn is a popular fishing village on the north coast of Gozo, well served by local public transport routes. In the summertime this village is vibrant and busy, teeming with locals and tourists, whilst in the winter months, it has a quiet and peaceful feel to it. Żebbuġ is a small village overlooking the northwest coast of Gozo. Located close to Għarb and Għasri, Żebbuġ is built on two hilltop plateaus and is considered to be the highest village on the island. It has a population of just under 3,000 residents.
The village’s name means ‘olive trees’, and there was a time when Żebbuġ was well known for them, although, nowadays, very few of the trees remain on the slopes. In addition, the village is also known for its delicate lacework and nearby coastal beauty spots. There is a shooting range and bocci pitch to keep some of its residents entertained.
One of the oldest parishes in Gozo, Żebbuġ is dedicated to the Assumption of Mary. Its closest bays and inlet are Xwejni, Qbajjar and Marsalforn.
