Duplex Apartment By The Sea
This spacious seaside home is just a stone's throw away from Xlendi's waterfront. A popular fishing village, Xlendi is only a 10-minute drive from the island's centre on Gozo's western side. It is a bustling little swimming spot through the summertime and diving is a popular attraction. The promenade is scattered with bars and restaurants and in the wintertime, Xlendi turns into a quiet getaway, perfect for peaceful walks whilst watching the sunset.

Upon entering this 103.4-square metre duplex on the fifth floor, there is a hallway that leads to a bedroom, a closet, a bathroom and a proposed games room. The closet could also serve nicely as a laundry or box room. Beyond the closet, on the right-hand side, will be the spiral staircase to reach the floor above, while straight ahead will be the main bedroom with a 3-square metre balcony overlooking the front of this property.
To the rear of this floor, at the other end of the hallway, there will be a bathroom on the left and another room on the right which could serve as a games room, an office or perhaps even a guest bedroom.
On the floor above, there is a combined and spacious living/dining/kitchen area. It will have a bathroom at the back and an 11.6-square metre terrace at the front. A fine spot for peace and privacy when the beach is too crowded and you wish to be near the sea.

Munxar, known initially as Monxiar, is a quiet village that lies on the southern side of Gozo and has a population of fewer than 2,000 people. Munxar, although residential, is full of farm life. Many families have livestock in their old farmhouses where the locals can get their hands on eggs, gbejniet and other fresh products.
A short walk from the village parish church, you can find the Sanap cliffs, adorned with local vegetation, flora and birdlife. You can watch some of the finest sunsets here, over Xlendi Bay.
Also, in Munxar, in the limits of Ta’ Marziena, there are remains of a megalithic temple.
