Cosy Fourth Floor Penthouse

An old town, Luqa is probably best well known for its airport but there is much more to this area. With various cultural, sports, political and band clubs, there is plenty to see and do. It is here in Luqa that the feast of St. Andrew is celebrated halfway through summer with elaborate street decoration and lavish entertainment.

This 132-square metre modern penthouse has two terraces bringing light into both sides of this home.

Please note that the image above is of the area, not of this apartment or its views.

Upon entering this home, there is a combined kitchen/dining/living area that leads onto a large terrace.

From the open-plan, a corridor leads to the sleeping quarters. The first room on the right is the main bathroom followed by the main bedroom which has an en-suite. Towards the back of this penthouse are the second and third bedrooms, both of which share a long back terrace.

This penthouse measures approximately 111 square metres internally and 21 externally and optional garages are available.

This apartment forms part of a project which is estimated to be finished by the end of September 2021.

The village gave its name to Malta's sole airport situated nearby, which for many years was known simply as Luqa Airport, before being named Malta International Airport. Its proximity to the airfield led to its near destruction in World War II, but luckily the village's two 15th century churches survived. House prices in Luqa are lower than average.
