Two Bedroom Maisonette in Sannat
This apartment can soon be found a short stroll from Sannat's quaint square. Sannat is a quiet village, home to the popular Ta Cenc high cliffs and a few minutes' drive from the island's capital. The closest bay is the picturesque Mgarr ix-Xini.
The photo above is of this area, not of this maisonette's location or views.
This maisonette has a spacious and quirkily staggered living/dining/kitchen area, perfect for slightly separating areas or placing lush house plants in corners. The open-plan design opens up nicely towards the centre of the property. Beyond this area is a short and wide hallway with the bathroom being the first room on the right-hand side.
Next is the first bedroom, complete with an en-suite or perhaps the new owner would prefer to use this space as a walk-in wardrobe. Finally at the back of this maisonette is the second bedroom leading out onto the yard. This area could be nicely scattered with plants and perhaps a hammock, creating a relaxing area. This maisonette will make a comfortable home for a small family.
This 121.4-square metre maisonette is available in shell form from June 2022.

Sannat is a small rustic village on the island’s southern coast with just over 2,000 residents. It is home to the spectacular Ta' Ċenċcliffs that run along the same coastline and is popular for its ancient cart ruts, temples, dolmens and rich flora and fauna.
For many years, the village has been well known for lacemaking, so much so that in 1951 Queen Elizabeth II visited a house named ‘The Lace House’, which can be found in a small square called ‘Pjazza Tax-Xelina’.
The closest bay is Mgarr Ix-Xini, which lies in a picturesque gorge. Sannat’s charm has captured the heart of celebrities such as Billy Connolly, who has peacefully lived there, on and off, for years. Brad Pitt has even been known to hide out and relax in Rosina’s bar, located in one of Sannat’s small squares.
