Penthouse With Countryside Views

Sannat, Gozo

3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms | Shell

Set back on a quiet street in the quiet village of Sannat will soon be this new home. Snug yet consisting of three bedrooms this will make a fine, small family home. Sannat is on the island's South West side, home to the popular Ta Cenc cliffs. The surrounding areas are some of the most popular on the island for walking and swimming. The closest bay is Mgarr ix-Xini, which lies in a picturesque gorge.

This penthouse will open up onto its combined living/dining/kitchen area. This cosy space will lead out onto the front terrace where one can enjoy Sannat's countryside views. The surrounding area is locally known Ta' Sanap and will be a delight to be able to kick back and enjoy these tranquil surroundings from up here. Close to the entrance, by the living area will be the first room, which could be used as a guest bedroom or an office. Beyond the living room, we will find a hallway, taking us to the second bedroom, the bathroom, and finally onto the main back bedroom. This bedroom will be slightly set back away from the rest of the rooms, for extra peace and privacy. From this bedroom's wide doorway you can step out onto its terrace, a perfect extension, and space for relaxing among Sannat's countryside.

This apartment forms part of a project which is estimated to be in shell form by the end of June 2022. Optional garages are available and the price includes common parts.

Sannat is a small rustic village on the island’s southern coast with just over 2,000 residents. It is home to the spectacular Ta' Ċenċcliffs that run along the same coastline and is popular for its ancient cart ruts, temples, dolmens and rich flora and fauna.

For many years, the village has been well known for lacemaking, so much so that in 1951 Queen Elizabeth II visited a house named ‘The Lace House’, which can be found in a small square called ‘Pjazza Tax-Xelina’.

The closest bay is Mgarr Ix-Xini, which lies in a picturesque gorge. Sannat’s charm has captured the heart of celebrities such as Billy Connolly, who has peacefully lived there, on and off, for years. Brad Pitt has even been known to hide out and relax in Rosina’s bar, located in one of Sannat’s small squares.
