DESCRIPTION

Mellieha is the village with the sandiest beaches on the island and where stairs instead of streets are common. It is also the link between Gozo and the rest of Malta.

This is a modern apartment finished with the latest materials and to very good standards. On entering this cosy home you find yourself in a corridor that leads to the open plan on the right-hand side and the sleeping quarters on the left. The combined kitchen/living/dining room is connected to a balcony that brings in natural light.

The image above is of the area, not of this apartment or its views.

Towards the back of the open plan, a corridor leads to the sleeping quarters. First on the right is the main bathroom and next is the main bedroom with an en-suite and a back balcony. At the end of the corridor is the second bedroom that is also connected to the back balcony.

The apartment is approximately 103 square metres, of which almost 15 are external.

This apartment forms part of a project which is estimated to be finished by the end of 2021. In addition to high-end apartments, this new development will contain a hotel, an indoor pool, a gym, a spa and sauna, a restaurant, a zen garden and a shopping complex.

Optional garages are available. There are two options of payment, adding some flexibility to purchase this home.

ABOUT MELLIEHA

Mellieħa is a modern town noted for its large private villas and houses which have been built on land overlooking Għadira Bay. While the town has developed into a resort, it has managed to retain some of its rural character. It retains a quaint historic centre with narrow streets and stepped alleys. From the terrace of the Parish Church, there is a panoramic view over Mellieħa Bay and the surrounding countryside.

Mellieħa is home to a big and popular sandy beach and picnics area. The village is minutes away from the Gozo Ferry and Comino Ferry.

Some of the island’s top restaurants, according to TripAdvisor, can be found in Mellieħa. Amami serves Japanese food, it is known for some of the best, if not the best, sushi in the country. And Bouquet Garni is known for their fresh seafood.
