DESCRIPTION

This new small project in Xaghra's outskirts is going to have 10 beautiful units. This is going to be a corner block, flooded with natural light. There will be a pool, a barbeque area and recreational space in the communal grounds, all topped off with country and distant sea views.

This nicely laid-out apartment will have a cosy squarish layout, full of light coming in from both sides.

The first room will be the combined living/dining/kitchen area, which will have a balcony looking out to the countryside views. Coming off of the living area will be the front bright and airy corner bedroom with balconies on both sides. Going slightly back to the back of the apartment will be the bathroom and a second bedroom, which will also have a balcony. Finally, beside the second bedroom will be a room which could be used as a store, study or perhaps a guest bedroom.

Also available are optional garages.

This cosy apartment will make a fine luxury home in Gozo's popular village of Xaghra. The project is scheduled for completion in June 2022.

ABOUT XAGHRA, GOZO

Xaghra, the island’s second largest village, is located centrally to the northeast side of the island. Xaghra is a lively village perched on one of Gozo’s three hills.

It is probably the most popular village among tourists due to its historical heritage, myths, lively square and sandy red beach, Ramla il-Hamra. Xaghra is one of the earliest inhabited parts of Gozo, being home to the Ggantija megalithic temples which date back to the year 3600BC.

Xaghra has fascinating caves such as Calypso’s cave, where according to myth, Calypso kept Odysseus as a `prisoner of love’ for seven years.

The village church is dedicated to Our Lady of Victories, locally known as il-Bambina, celebrated on the 8th of September, one of Gozo’s last celebrated feasts in the year.
