Penthouse with Wraparound Terrace
This one-bedroom penthouse is unique in more ways than one. Its layout makes it ever so bright and spacious, it has just as much external space as internal space and the terrace will wrap around the sides and front of this corner property. It will have distinct luxury communal grounds and be set back on Xaghra's outskirts in total tranquillity.
Forming part of just 10 units, the new owner of this penthouse will have panoramic views stretching as far as Marsalforn Bay. The communal grounds will have a recreational area, a barbeque spot and a pool, and be scattered with lush greenery.
This penthouse will have the entire floor to itself, just as a penthouse should be, enjoying total privacy.
The large terrace hugs the property on three sides, and each room has access to it. Once you step out of the lift into this property, you are first in the long kitchen and living area. To the far right, the dining area will wrap around the side and have the bathroom just beyond it. To the left of the living area will be the corner bedroom, full of natural light.
This penthouse will be a place to forget the worries of the world, fall into a book, soak up the sun and possibly even feel you are miles away from anywhere. Should the new owner desire a get-together, there's plenty of space on the terrace for hosting private summer gatherings amongst friends with tasty cocktails.
The project is currently scheduled for completion in June 2022.

Xaghra, the island’s second largest village, is located centrally to the northeast side of the island. Xaghra is a lively village perched on one of Gozo’s three hills.
It is probably the most popular village among tourists due to its historical heritage, myths, lively square and sandy red beach, Ramla il-Hamra. Xaghra is one of the earliest inhabited parts of Gozo, being home to the Ggantija megalithic temples which date back to the year 3600BC.
Xaghra has fascinating caves such as Calypso’s cave, where according to myth, Calypso kept Odysseus as a `prisoner of love’ for seven years.
The village church is dedicated to Our Lady of Victories, locally known as il-Bambina, celebrated on the 8th of September, one of Gozo’s last celebrated feasts in the year.
