DESCRIPTION

This three-bedroom maisonette, forming part of a small project, is currently still in the planning phase but will be sold as finished. The small luxurious block will have 10 units and, being a corner project, will have a communal pool, recreational area and gorgeous landscape wrapping around it. The area is on Xaghra's picturesque and quiet outskirts, with vast country views.

The maisonette's combined living/dining/kitchen area will look out onto the recreational grounds and have ample natural lighting. Coming off of the living area will be the bedrooms and bathroom. Every morning from the bedrooms you will be inspired for a daily dip with the pool views. There are also optional garages.

This will make a fine and luxurious home in delightful and tranquil settings in Gozo's most sought-after village of Xaghra.

The project is currently scheduled for completion in June 2022.

ABOUT XAGHRA, GOZO

Xaghra, the island’s second largest village, is located centrally to the northeast side of the island. Xaghra is a lively village perched on one of Gozo’s three hills.

It is probably the most popular village among tourists due to its historical heritage, myths, lively square and sandy red beach, Ramla il-Hamra. Xaghra is one of the earliest inhabited parts of Gozo, being home to the Ggantija megalithic temples which date back to the year 3600BC.

Xaghra has fascinating caves such as Calypso’s cave, where according to myth, Calypso kept Odysseus as a `prisoner of love’ for seven years.

The village church is dedicated to Our Lady of Victories, locally known as il-Bambina, celebrated on the 8th of September, one of Gozo’s last celebrated feasts in the year.
