DESCRIPTION

Built in the 1980s, this terraced house is found on one of the quiet, wide streets of Iklin. The plot on which it is built spans from one road to another and measures 180 square metres.

The ground floor level is made up of spacious rooms, including the kitchen that is connected to a terrace at the back of the house and the main bathroom. The first floor consists of three large bedrooms and another main bathroom. The next floor up is the roof level, where you will find a washroom and storeroom. From here you can enjoy the tranquillity that this peaceful area has to offer.

From the entrance hall to the back of this property, this beautiful home is designed to be family-friendly and homely. A street-level, four-car garage is built underneath this home and is included in the price. It is being sold semi-furnished, so it does not need much work for whomever likes its current style. However, for others, some redecoration would elevate it to a modern dream home.

ABOUT IKLIN

Iklin is a village in the Central Region of Malta, established in the mid-20th century; however, some archaeological sites and a medieval chapel are proof to earlier settlements. The name is derived from the herb rosemary, which is known as L-Iklin in Maltese. Iklin is divided in two: Lower Iklin (often just called Iklin) bordering the Birkirkara bypass, with villas and maisonettes, and Upper Iklin positioned on a hillside close to Naxxar with more expensive villas and farmhouses. Prices are around the average for Malta.
