When our team was on-site, we could already imagine what a great household this one was. This house must have been buzzing with life decades ago, but now it needs new owners to restore it to its former glory.
Once we entered the house, the ground level started with a hallway and a living room. Moving on, the hallway led us an open area at the bottom of the stairwell, which could be made into a study area. The living room opened into a dining room, connected to the kitchen. These spaces could be brought back to their original use or could be rearranged to have more open plan areas.
Going up to the floor above, there are four bedrooms, two at the front and two at the back. The two bedrooms at the front share a balcony. One of two bedrooms at the back has a private terrace, and the fourth bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the courtyard.
