Family Apartment

3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms | Semi-furnished

This three-bedroom family apartment has been a beloved family home for many years. Swieqi has been an area of increased interest amongst home-buyers and investors in recent years, and it is not often that a home of this size and price becomes available. The new owners may wish to modernise the home, but may also choose to move straight in. It's a beautiful, homely apartment in a great neighbourhood for an unbeatable price.

Apartments of this size and price are increasingly rare in this sought-after area.

This home is being sold ready to move into, although there is room for modernisation should the new owners wish to redesign it.

An optional one-car garage is also available just at the back on a private road.

Used by a family since it was built, the home has played host to many happy dinner parties and family meals.

A front balcony runs the width of the apartment, and a back balcony can be accessed from the third bedroom.

The home is being sold semi-furnished.

The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a box room. The first two bedrooms are doubles, and the third has access to the back balcony. The bathrooms are both large enough to serve as washrooms.

Swieqi is a residential area on the outskirts of Malta's nightlife and entertainment centres, Paceville and St Julian's. It is perched above the coast on the eastern stretch of the Victoria Lines, the British fortifications built in 1878 on the Great Fault running across Malta. The Swieqi area includes several other communities - Madliena, St Andrews and Ta' l-Ibraġ.

Swieqi is home to one of the largest supermarkets on the island, Greens, which people travel to visit from across the island.

Interest in Swieqi as a lovely place to live, as well as an alternative to bustling St Julians, has grown, and property prices have risen correspondingly.
